Our sessions
Our sessions are a collaboration. The foundation of our work is trust in your natural movement toward healing. Knowing from experience that you can heal brings calm and confidence to the therapeutic process. Understanding, warmth, and curiosity are the qualities we bring into the sessions as we explore together: What do you want for yourself? And what seems to be standing in the way?
In our sessions, we slow down and make space for parts of you that are usually overlooked — and there’s a very understandable reason for that. At the right pace, beliefs and emotions within you can feel safe enough to gradually show themselves. For these parts, it wasn’t always safe to surface. When we can meet them with understanding and warmth, healing begins. The old makes way for the new. Fear, shame, and guilt transform into safety, understanding, and recognition. You no longer need to run from yourself. You are allowed to feel; your needs matter, and your wish can become reality.
Know that these kinds of processes take time. Urgency and pressure only work against healing. Give yourself the time and space your process deserves. This is a form of love that facilitates healing.

The practical side from A to Z
First, you schedule an intake via the planner in the contact section. During the intake, I’d like to get to know you a little better, and we’ll also take some time together to explore your wish and what seems to be getting in the way. We’ll go through the practical details too, so you have a clear sense of what our potential work together would look like.
Before the intake, make sure you’re somewhere quiet and private where you won’t be disturbed, and that you have a good internet connection.
Step 1
When we decide during or after the intake to work together, I’ll send you an intake form. Please fill it in and return it before the start of our first session. We’ll also schedule that first session.
Step 2
I’ll send you a payment request for the package you’ve chosen.
Step 3
Our first session takes place. At the end of it, we plan the remaining sessions — online or in person.
Step 4
After the final session, you can choose to continue with a follow-up package or individual sessions if you’d like to keep going.
Step 5
After completing the program, I’ll send you an invoice so you can submit it for reimbursement. For longer programs, I can invoice every 6 sessions so you don’t have to wait too long for your money back.

I follow online body-oriented therapy with Ehsan and I am very satisfied. Ehsan creates a safe atmosphere in which I can share openly. He listens in a way that makes me feel genuinely heard and understood, while also asking exactly the right questions to help me get out of my head and connect more with what I feel physically and emotionally.
