What do I need for an online session?
All you need is a computer or large tablet with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. The most important thing is that you have a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed and can speak freely. Make sure you don’t have to hold the screen and can sit comfortably.
Which platform do we use?
We use Zoom, a secure and user-friendly video calling platform. You’ll receive a link before the session that takes you directly to the digital waiting room.
