How quickly can I expect a response?
I aim to respond to emails and contact form submissions within 48 hours on business days. If you call and I’m unable to answer, feel free to leave a voicemail or send a text message.
Where is the practice located?
The practice is located at Van Eeghenlaan 27 in Amsterdam. It’s a calm, pleasant spot close to Vondelpark. The practice is easily accessible by public transport (tram 2, Cornelis Schuytstraat stop) and there is (paid) parking available on the street.
Is there a waiting list?
Availability varies. Sometimes you can get an appointment within a week, while during other periods it is busier. You can view current availability immediately by clicking on ‘Free consultation’ and checking the calendar. Online sessions are often quicker to schedule.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, that’s possible. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, I am unfortunately required to charge for the reserved time.
Is the introduction session really free?
Yes, the free introduction is 100% no cost and no obligation. It’s a moment of around 20–30 minutes to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and see if there’s a good fit. You’re not committing to anything.
